Right of Withdrawal
Under Danish consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
How to Request a Refund

Return of Products
If you withdraw, return the product in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.
Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
